So yesterday, SuperMom had a busy schedule taking Lu and Jr to gym and then soccer practice while I took DP to football. Since one activity is after the other, Jr had to stay with SuperMom while Lu did her gym work. SuperMom and Jr went to one of her favorite stores, The Dollar Store. The two of them were in there shopping and after a while, Jr told SuperMom "I haven't found one dollar yet." Do they look different than the regular ones?" While laughing SuperMom explained that everything in the store only cost a dollar. Jr thought for a minute and then proclaimed he loved this store because there was a lot of things he wanted and they were only a dollar. Like Mom like Son, I guess. I am worried that SuperMom is detrimentally effecting the subjects with her trips to the thrift stores. It has resulted in Jr loving The Dollar Store and DP looking forward to going to Goodwill with her. At least Lu still hates shopping. I am sure that will change to.
